What is RumiNest360?
RumiNest360 is cloud software for housing societies and apartments in India. It brings maintenance billing, payments and receipts, expenses and income, staff, notices, complaints and reports into one place, with a separate sign-in for every resident.
Does it work for my society's maintenance rules?
Very likely. Maintenance can be charged per property, per square foot, equally shared, as a percentage, per unit or entered manually, with several heads per bill, billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually.
Can residents see their own bills?
Yes. Each resident gets their own sign-in, with a mobile number or email, to see their bills, payments, receipts and outstanding dues, and nobody else's. New residents can register through your society's own link, and the admin approves them.
Do we need to install anything?
No. RumiNest360 works in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On Android it can also be installed to the home screen like an app, with notifications for bills, payments, notices and complaints.
Can residents pay their maintenance online?
Not yet. The society records the payments it receives (cash, cheque, bank transfer or UPI), and RumiNest360 issues the receipt and updates what is outstanding.
How is the price worked out?
By the number of flats and shops your society is licensed for, per billing period. Each plan covers a range of society sizes, and the licence can be raised as the society grows.
Is our society's data kept separate?
Yes. Every society's data is strictly isolated from every other society on the platform, access is controlled by roles, and important actions are recorded in an audit log.
